Terms & Condition

GENERAL  is a legal service and provided by Bali Griyasari Tours & Travel, - Bali Indonesia.  guarantees that you will have the quality of services from the hotels or resorts as stated in this service. The quality of services is fully depends on the prestige of hotel(s) or resort(s) chosen and shall be fully responsible for its services to the customer.

Online Hotels Reservation is a service that provides an available accommodation with availability to reserve it online. This service is legal including reservation and net rates from hotels or other tour operators. 
For all online hotels reservation, American Breakfast (ABF), Continental Breakfast (CBF) or airport transfers are not included unless otherwise stated in the services. Actually in the most hotels are a breakfast include.

All hotel rates are per room per night, based on 1 or 2 people occupying the room. All rates quoted in US $ and are inclusive service charge and government tax.
All rooms and accommodation are subject to availability. All rates are subject to change without prior notice. 
After You fill out the online reservation form you will get soon as possible a E-Mail if your requested hotel or tour program is available. After a available confirmation we require a payment deposit or a full payment for bookings depending of the cancelation policy of the contractor.

All rates are quoted in US$ (United States Dollar) at current rates of exchange. All rates are NETT (includes tax & service charge). All transaction will be converted into Indonesia Rupiah and the exchange rate is based on the day of transaction.  To avoid misunderstanding of the rates, please note that some hotels or resorts have seasonal surcharges. Please read carefully the conditions of the rates before making reservation.

No reservation will be processed if we don't receive full credit card details, or recive a valid bank transfer to our Account. Your reservation will be confirmed as soon as possible.  If the room at your selected hotel is not available at the time, our staff will notify you. An alternative hotel with similar features will be suggested to you or alternatively your request will be put on waiting list.

Minimum length of stay is based on 1 (one) night.

Short notice of reservation will be handled according to room availability of the hotel. 
However, we shall normally require 14 (fourteen) days in advance.
Please Note that we do not hold any reservation for You until we have a full or deposit payment.

After You send the reservation form we will inform You  - soon as possible -  
if Your requested Hotel (or Tour Program) is available.

Payments can be made by credit card, bank cheque in US Dollars, bank transfer or money order.

Complete paymetnt detailes will be send to You on the confirmation.
The payment methodes depends on the policy of the hotel or travel service you requested.

Credit Card:
For a secure online paymet by credit card we use: PayPal
Your credit card should be charged at least 7 Days prior arrival at Low Season or 17 Days at a Peak / High Season. All rates are quoted in US Dollar (USD). Unless otherwise stated all transactions are denoted in United States dollars USD.  Some transaction can be also converted into Indonesian Rupiah (depend of the payment system and payment policy) and exchange rate based on the time of transaction.  Differences in personal statement balances can occur and are due to the fluctuation with the Indonesian Rupiah and bank processing time.  Griyasari Tours & Travel cannot hold responsible to these transaction and payment differences.

Note: For the billing of Credit Cards there is 3,5 % additional of bank fee as well. 
Bali Payment imposes a non-refundable transaction fee which is shown in US dollars under the amount you have entered to pay and is included in the total amount you pay
For the online payment a valid email address is neccessary to which we can send your receipt.

After the payment is received in full, a Voucher  will be sent to you via e-mail (or by fax on request). This Voucher has to be presented in the Hotel during check-in procedure - please do not lose it.

Upon your check-in date, you shall present yourself personally, your voucher, your generated invoice, credit card and other necessary identification documents for the purposes of confirming your identity and reservation to the relevant personnel at the hotel. The hotel will require you to sign the generated invoice. The hotels WILL NOT accept you to check-in if the name on identification document and credit card DO NOT match with the name on your generated invoice. Please note: the check in time in some hotels in Bali is after  2 p.m.
Should you request a earlier check in, please contact us to arrange it for you (if the hotel accept early check in).


A one night cancellation fee will be charged for any change of booking  after a confirmation has been issued. Changes of bookings should be made within 14 days before arrival in Low Season or 30 days before arrival in High / Peak Season.
Acceptance of any change is subject to availability of the accommodation booked.

Cancelation charges are not levied by  However, hotels, tour operators and other contractors do charge cencelation fees depending on circumtances and certain no show or later notification. If charged these will be debited to you. The cancelation policy of the booked contractors will be send to You at the confirmation. 
No refund and reduction will be made to any clients if:

  • unused portion of a tour or sightseeing program

  • unused accomodation during the course of a tour

  • No Show

  • a booking should be only partly utilized

  • breakfast, meals and/or other added values are not taken

  • transfers between airport and hotel and/or other services booked are not utilized



We view privacy as a serious matter and we strictly adhere to the National Privacy Principles and the Privacy Act.
We collect Personal Data about you only when you make a hotel reservation or inquiry. Personal Data may include your name, address, phone number, or e-mail address.

To prevent unauthorized access, we maintain reasonable physical, electronic and organizational procedures to protect Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure or access. To protect credit card transactions, we use third party credit card systems.

ow is information used?
When you supply information about yourself for a specific purpose, we use the information for only that purpose (ie to provide the service or information you have requested, or book a hotel). We do not divulge any information we gather from you to any third party without your prior consent. If making a booking with us, additional information will be required for operational reasons.

We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we collect, use or disclose is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If your personal details change, please contact us so that we can continue to provide you with our products and services.

We undertake to promptly acknowledge and investigate any complaints about the way we manage personal information.

LIABILITY acts as intermediary between the concerned hotels, resorts, tour operator, local travel agents, transports operators and local tourist officesproviding the services. are therefore not responsible for any lost, injuries or damages sustained by the tourists. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural and disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the customers. Prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of confirmation and are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the stay. Griyasari Tours & Travel  will only impose charges for hotel room reservation(s). Other expenses incurred by the user is payable to the Hotel. For instance, the user is required to pay directly to the Hotel for any extras such as food and beverages consumed, room services, pay-per-view TV, mini bar expenditures, telephone charges etc.
